As part of the study initiated by the German WirtschaftsWoche “Best Midsized Service Providers 2019” the Cologne-based market research company ServiceValue obtained a total of 25,564 customer opinions on 356 service providers from 33 sectors by an online survey. The answers were evaluated according to customer satisfaction as well as the criteria offer and service quality, scope and reliability of advice and support, price-performance ratio, information content and employee expertise. The company with the highest overall index of the respective sector is led as “Best Midsized Service Provider”. After inTime having reached the 8th and 4th places in the past two years, the company, with a total index score of 71 points this year, may now call itself the "Favorite of the midsized sector".
