Respect, openness and mutual trust are the basic principles at inTime for a comfortable working atmosphere. We regard growth as being a common project and we shape our future together with all those involved.
As the market leader in "agile logistics", inTime offers responsible tasks in a dynamic working environment and many opportunities for professional development. Modern, well-equipped working spaces and the latest technology allow you to utilise your working time effectively and expediently. In our small, agile teams, cohesion is of great importance – perhaps this is also one of the reasons why inTime was voted top employer in the medium-sized enterprise category in 2017 by Yourfirm.
The best performance can only be achieved with a well-established team. For this reason, new members of staff at inTime first go through a period of intensive induction training. Moreover, inTime offers centrally performed and needs-related training and education programmes, e.g. in the areas of sales, disposition and load securing – as well as company health management.
inTime is an IHK vocational training organisation and offers trainees internal training, events and individual development options during their training period. As an employer, inTime of course assumes the costs of educational materials and examination preparatory courses. During their time in the company, trainees have the opportunity to experience not just one but all areas of the company. Young people are also given the chance at inTime to get to know the company in the form of an internship. After their training, trainees have an excellent chance of being hired permanently.
